<P><FONT face=Verdana><FONT color=#000000><BR></FONT></FONT><FONT face=Verdana><FONT color=#000000><STRONG>功能特點(diǎn)——</STRONG><BR><BR> 內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)清晰，展館錯(cuò)落有致——每個(gè)展館可以分割為1/6、1/2大小，最大可達(dá)到原來(lái)面積的6倍，這樣可以滿足不同展覽的面積需要。<BR><BR> 空間利用最大化，用地效率最高——根據(jù)最基本的常識(shí)，我們知道六邊形是空間利用最大化的一種幾何圖形，所以，這種蜂巢設(shè)計(jì)也是用地效率最高的一種建筑設(shè)計(jì)。<BR><BR> <STRONG>a 仿生設(shè)計(jì)，預(yù)留擴(kuò)展空間——</STRONG></FONT></FONT></P>
<P><STRONG> </STRONG><FONT face=Verdana><FONT color=#000000>100多年前，英國(guó)城市規(guī)劃理論大師霍華德就提出了著名的“城市花園”理念，即城市不能無(wú)限生長(zhǎng)，每個(gè)城市到了一定的規(guī)模后，都會(huì)在周邊自動(dòng)生成新的城市。展館的“仿生設(shè)計(jì)”是與此相通的，這種“聚落”的設(shè)計(jì)方式本身符合自然生長(zhǎng)的需要，如果將來(lái)有需要，只要周邊基地足夠大，就完全可以在現(xiàn)有展館的驟變，在自然生成新的展館，這就為將來(lái)的發(fā)展預(yù)留了廣闊的空間。<BR><BR> <STRONG>b 造型新穎大氣，靈動(dòng)多變——</STRONG></FONT></FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana><FONT color=#000000><STRONG> </STRONG>新穎的蜂巢結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)使得各個(gè)展館組合在一起，恢宏大氣，這種西方的“聚落”建筑理念與中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的“院落”理念有著異曲同工之妙，虛實(shí)相間，以“虛”襯實(shí)”。就單個(gè)展館來(lái)看，似乎區(qū)別不大，但組合起來(lái)就富有變化。展館建筑中有空地，用作中心綠地，如同傳統(tǒng)中國(guó)院落中的院子，通過(guò)這種虛實(shí)映照，建筑就有了靈動(dòng)，有了變化。<BR></FONT></FONT></P></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR>

<b>[展館規(guī)模]</b><br>
<P> 中國(guó)國(guó)際采購(gòu)中心（CIPC）是由昆山花橋展覽中心有限公司斥資打造的超大型國(guó)際采購(gòu)平臺(tái)，是江蘇花橋國(guó)際商務(wù)城的核心項(xiàng)目之一。</P>
<DIV> 項(xiàng)目建筑面積160萬(wàn)m，總投資達(dá)60億元人民幣。其中，展館總建筑面積為100萬(wàn)m，商務(wù)配套服務(wù)建筑面積為60萬(wàn)m。</DIV>

<DIV> 項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃布置主題性展館、常年性展館和配套服務(wù)設(shè)施。常年性展館劃分為國(guó)際商品館區(qū)（包括美國(guó)館、德國(guó)館、歐洲館、日本館等進(jìn)口商品館），和國(guó)內(nèi)商品館區(qū)（包括知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)館、動(dòng)漫玩具館、電子館、機(jī)械館、機(jī)床模具館等）。</DIV>
