a)SelectedbestandoutstandingpaperswillbeconsideredforpublicationinaspecialissueofACM/SpringerMobileNetworksandApplications(SCIindex)afterfurtherextension.

b)SelectedAdditionaloutstandingpaperswillbeconsideredforpublicationinaspecialissueofJournalofHarbinInstituteofTechnology(NewSeries)(Eiindex)afterfurtherextension.
