中國(guó)（海南）旅游美食文化節(jié)下周一在?？谂e行

【好展會(huì)網(wǎng)  旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)專題】 11日下午，記者從2009年中國(guó)(海南)旅游美食文化節(jié)新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上獲悉，中國(guó)飯店協(xié)會(huì)和海南省商務(wù)廳共同舉辦的2009年中國(guó)(海南)旅游美食文化節(jié)將于11月16日-19日在?？谂e行，活動(dòng)作為為本屆海南歡樂節(jié)添彩的項(xiàng)目，有8大看點(diǎn)值得期待。 <br>　　 <br>　　據(jù)了解，本屆美食節(jié)以“弘揚(yáng)美食文化、擴(kuò)大消費(fèi)需求、促進(jìn)行業(yè)發(fā)展”為主題。集飲食、休閑、商貿(mào)、文化、旅游為一體，推動(dòng)餐飲酒店業(yè)的品牌打造和健康發(fā)展，力求將美食節(jié)辦成一次餐飲酒店行業(yè)的盛會(huì)、消費(fèi)者的盛會(huì)和文化交流的盛會(huì)。 <br>　　 <br>　　美食節(jié)期間將推出“味美海南”品牌餐飲企業(yè)愛心慈善晚宴暨開幕式招待酒會(huì)，中華名小吃展銷等八大主題活動(dòng)，力爭(zhēng)為2009年中國(guó)海南島歡樂節(jié)增添歡樂節(jié)慶氛圍，提供一個(gè)美食休閑的娛樂大平臺(tái)，精心打造成為老百姓、游客共同參與的小吃美食盛會(huì)。 <br>　　 <br>　　看點(diǎn)一：品牌餐飲企業(yè)愛心慈善晚宴 <br> <br>　　美食節(jié)開幕當(dāng)日將在?？跐M福隆酒樓隆重舉行“味美海南”品牌餐飲企業(yè)愛心慈善晚宴暨美食節(jié)開幕式招待酒會(huì)。邀請(qǐng)海南省內(nèi)100家知名品牌餐飲企業(yè)與海南省紅十會(huì)簽署愛心公益行動(dòng)協(xié)議書，共同在全省100家主要酒店餐館大堂設(shè)立愛心捐款箱，所得捐贈(zèng)收入由海南省紅十字總會(huì)支持海南公益事業(yè)。 <br>　　 <br>　　看點(diǎn)二：中華名小吃展銷 <br> <br>　　11月13日-18日，將以海口會(huì)展中心?？诼糜物L(fēng)情小吃一條街為基地，邀請(qǐng)全國(guó)各地老字號(hào)餐飲企業(yè)、小吃名店和知名餐飲企業(yè)以及東南亞知名小吃相聚在海口，將不同民族特色、不同地方風(fēng)味的傳統(tǒng)及創(chuàng)新名點(diǎn)、名小吃和風(fēng)味食品集中展銷。共設(shè)小吃展銷推位65個(gè)。 <br>　　 <br>　　看點(diǎn)三：中國(guó)名菜名點(diǎn)名宴展示 <br> <br>活動(dòng)將展示具有獨(dú)特地方特色，體現(xiàn)地方風(fēng)土人情、文化底蘊(yùn)的名菜、名點(diǎn)、名宴。屆時(shí)組委會(huì)還將邀請(qǐng)省內(nèi)外品牌餐飲企業(yè)和具有濃郁地方特色的時(shí)尚美食，消費(fèi)者喜愛的、市場(chǎng)廣泛認(rèn)可的特色菜品和創(chuàng)新菜點(diǎn)，主題宴席參加，經(jīng)場(chǎng)外制作后在展臺(tái)上對(duì)外展示。同時(shí)，美食節(jié)期間還將以婚宴、壽宴、年夜飯為主題。面向消費(fèi)者展示推介，開展現(xiàn)場(chǎng)預(yù)訂服務(wù)。 <br>　　 <br>看點(diǎn)四：酒店餐飲企業(yè)發(fā)展高峰論壇 <br> <br>活動(dòng)將圍繞“建設(shè)國(guó)際旅游島背景下海南酒店餐飲業(yè)的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)”主題的行業(yè)高峰論壇，為行業(yè)搭建交流平臺(tái)，為企業(yè)營(yíng)銷管理出謀劃策。邀請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)知名飯店企業(yè)家、專家學(xué)者來瓊作專題演講及經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流。 <br>　　 <br>看點(diǎn)五：第三屆全國(guó)飯店業(yè)職業(yè)技能競(jìng)賽海南賽區(qū)比賽 <br> <br>中國(guó)飯店協(xié)會(huì)、中國(guó)就業(yè)技術(shù)指導(dǎo)中心、中國(guó)財(cái)貿(mào)工會(huì)聯(lián)合舉辦第三屆全國(guó)飯店業(yè)技能競(jìng)賽，海南美食節(jié)期間將舉辦海南分賽區(qū)比賽活動(dòng)。來自全省三十多家餐飲酒店業(yè)的100多名參賽選手參加第三屆全國(guó)飯店業(yè)技能競(jìng)賽海南賽區(qū)中式烹飪、西式面點(diǎn)、餐飲服務(wù)三個(gè)項(xiàng)目的決賽。 <br>　　 <br>看點(diǎn)六：歡樂節(jié)海南風(fēng)味特色美食環(huán)島游活動(dòng) <br> <br>從11月16日-30日，美食節(jié)組委會(huì)動(dòng)員組織全省100家知名品牌餐飲酒店企業(yè)在統(tǒng)一規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)采取推廣新菜、折扣優(yōu)惠、廚藝表演、年夜飯預(yù)訂、刷卡消費(fèi)抽獎(jiǎng)等形式，開展優(yōu)惠酬賓活動(dòng)。組委會(huì)還將聯(lián)合旅游公司、景點(diǎn)、餐飲企業(yè)推出海南風(fēng)味美食環(huán)島游活動(dòng)及農(nóng)家樂一日游活動(dòng)。 <br>　　 <br>看點(diǎn)七：2009海南省酒店與餐飲行業(yè)工作年會(huì) <br> <br>美食節(jié)期間，邀請(qǐng)中國(guó)飯店聯(lián)盟主席肖正雄，經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家、省政協(xié)提案委員會(huì)副主任、海大中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究中心主任王毅武教授，海師大旅游學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)畢華教授和省商務(wù)廳、省旅游發(fā)展委等政府部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與行業(yè)重點(diǎn)企業(yè)共同回顧、探討交流今年行業(yè)工作中的重點(diǎn)、熱點(diǎn)問題，發(fā)布2009年海南酒店與餐飲業(yè)發(fā)展年度報(bào)告。 <br>　　 <br>看點(diǎn)八：美食節(jié)閉幕式和頒獎(jiǎng)晚會(huì) <br> <br>揭曉美食節(jié)獲獎(jiǎng)企業(yè)和個(gè)人名單，并對(duì)獲獎(jiǎng)企業(yè)和個(gè)人進(jìn)行表彰。同時(shí)組織餐飲酒店企業(yè)進(jìn)行文藝匯演。</span><br> &nbsp;
